EPOSMATIC is a rapidly growing restaurant management software company serving hundreds of restaurants across Pakistan & UAE. We are looking for a Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth client operations and backend support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to customers via call and WhatsApp.
• Handle software-related queries and guide customers through issue resolution.
• Ensure data integrity and timely updates for restaurant menus, pricing, staff, etc.
• Follow up with clients post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in customer support or data entry roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry platforms).
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken & written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Morning Shift)
Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Evening Shift)

Location: Islamabad
