Sure Start Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

The Sure Start Marketing Coordinator will support the consumer marketing efforts for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Mister Sparky.

Responsibilities:

• Work with fellow onboarding team members, and franchise owners to develop and support the Authority Brands marketing system on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Mister Sparky.
• Be knowledgeable about trends in brand data including lead flow attribution. Understand marketing’s contribution to these KPIs and actively contribute to their improvement with the marketing team.
• Created locations microsite/pages on the brands’ websites, including working with website partners to ensure accuracy of information, approval of franchisee submitted content, implement franchisees requested changes of new location website launches.
• Turnover program graduates to the marketing team with analysis of marketing performance and results.
• Create new social media accounts and link to marketing software.
• Oversee the setup and completion of marketing, scheduling along with operations counterpart.
• Create with and work with franchisee and systems to ensure listings management is competed within software systems.
• Maintain and update participation lists of SureStart marketing programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (focus in marketing or business a plus)
• 2-3 years of experience
• Ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, confident, and passionate.
• Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing for grand openings.
• Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office systems (Google Analytics competency a plus)
• Experience with franchise/multiple locations preferred
