Main job duties and responsibilities:

Perform topographic, boundary, layout, and as-built surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and digital tools.

Establish control points, benchmarks, and elevation references on construction sites.

Carry out site leveling, grid marking, and alignment works for structures and utilities.

Supervise and monitor the execution of survey activities in accordance with drawings and tolerances.

Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar software.

Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and coordinate drawings.
-
Ensure accuracy and integrity of spatial data collected on-site.

Coordinate with engineering and drafting teams for survey-to-design alignment.

Collaborate with site engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure survey data supports project progress.

Liaise with consultants and clients for verification and approval of survey benchmarks and layouts.
-
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
-
Maintain complete logs of survey activities, equipment calibration records, and field notes.
-
Assist in resolving discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.
-
Conduct quality checks on layout works before and after execution.
