The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Foreman / Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in swimming pool equipment installation, maintenance, MEP coordination, and system commissioning.

This role requires strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations, including filtration, dosing, heating, lighting, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and execute installation of pool equipment: pumps, filters, heaters/chillers, dosing units, UV/ozone systems, lights, and control panels.

· Coordinate piping, cabling, and control system integration.

· Ensure installations follow technical drawings and manufacturer standards.

· Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

· Train technicians on correct installation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Experience: 3–4 years in swimming pool equipment installation & maintenance (UAE/GCC preferred).

Technical Skills:

· Solid knowledge of filtration, booster pumps, control panels, dosing systems, and heating/cooling.

· Able to read MEP/layout drawings.

· Familiar with brands like Emaux, Astral, Hayward, Pentair, Grundfos, Aqua, etc.

· Strong troubleshooting and on-site problem-solving ability.

Language: Basic English (reading/speaking). Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.

License: UAE driving license preferred.

Certification: Electrical or mechanical trade certification is an advantage.
