Job title: Switchboard Operator (Call Center)

Description and Responsibilities:

• Operate communication systems
• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, scheduling appointments, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
• Page individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging and interoffice communication equipment.
• Relay and route written and verbal messages.
• Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Prefer 3 months switchboard/reception experience
• Customer service experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
