Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, is secure, and meets the needs of the organization and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
• Apply system and security patches, updates, and upgrades regularly.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are in place and tested.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Enforce security policies and assist in compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and procurement.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and system tools where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Networking (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPN)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Backup and disaster recovery tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
