System Administrator

Devsol Managed Services is looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks for one of its customers located in Shersha SITE area.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support installation and configuration of operating systems and application software.
• Help maintain and monitor computer networks, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Perform routine maintenance of servers and backup systems under supervision.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and asset inventory accurately.
• Follow security best practices and assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance of CCTVs.
• Assist in onboarding and off boarding users, including setting up accounts and access permissions.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager or Network Administrator.
• 2 to 3 years experience and all above roles.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
