System Administrator

We are in search of a "System Administrator" to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience, adeptly managing data center infrastructure and ensuring optimal system

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage servers and technology tools
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Expertise Required:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a System Administrator / Engineer or similar role
• Experience with Datacenter, Servers, RAID management, networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux administration, and patch management, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum system availability
• Hands-on experience on Dell, H3C servers and storages
• Virtualization (VMware, H3C HCI, Sangfor, Openstack, Proxmox) hands-on and practical experience in production environments for at least 1 year
• Mid–level Experience with Active Directory, DNS, NTP
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VCP-DCV) is a plus
