IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our branch office. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to our in-house employees, clients, and departmental teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server management, Active Directory, dialer support, PFSense firewall, NVR/camera systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both Head Office and Branch IT teams are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain in-house servers; monitor performance.

Active Directory: Manage user accounts, group policies, and troubleshoot related issues.

Dialer Support: Provide client-end support and ensure dialer functionality.

Firewall Management: Configure and monitor PF Sense firewall; implement security protocols.

NVR and Camera Systems: Install/maintain NVR and surveillance systems.

Networking: Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.

Technical Support: Provide Level 1 support to employees and clients.

Collaboration: Coordinate IT strategies between branch and head office teams.

Branch IT Operations: Ensure smooth IT functionality for the branch office.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support and systems administration.

Strong knowledge of servers, Active Directory, networking, and firewalls.

Proficiency with PF Sense and NVR systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent English (verbal & written).

Customer-focused approach with teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Linux).

Experience supporting international clients.

Knowledge of latest IT security practices.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
