System Administrator

ibex. is seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support both Linux and Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Linux systems along with solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, core Microsoft services, backups, patching, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and DFS services.
• Perform regular system patching and security updates.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
• Manage and verify backups and support disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain documentation and follow change management processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and system management skills.
• Experience with backup solutions and patch management.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
