System Administrator / System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, monitor, and support our environment. The role involves System administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth integration with databases, networks, and security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain environment, including servers, services, and configuration.
• Perform System monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolve performance and slowness issues.
• Conduct network diagnostics using tools such as tracert and pathping to identify connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions through Active Directory and IAM integrations.
• Apply hotfixes, patches, and perform regular maintenance tasks with minimal downtime.
• Support PostgreSQL database operations, including user management and access control.
• Prepare documentation and provide technical support to business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, database, and network teams to ensure System stability and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with IAM, AD, and security integrations.
• Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance monitoring and tuning.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
• Ability to work in production environments with minimal downtime.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
