System and Processes Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems & Process Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence through the development, documentation, and standardization of business processes, while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SOPs across operational, data privacy, and security functions

Standardize and document existing and new processes with a focus on continuous improvement

Define and monitor operational SLAs across business units

Ensure consistent and standardized communication practices across all channels

Identify and document roles and responsibilities throughout the organizational value chain

Define and manage system access protocols for all job roles within the organization

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Six Sigma Certification

Knowledge or experience with ISO 27001 standards is highly preferred

Strong analytical and process mapping skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience

Background in Telecom or Fintech industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Six Sigma certification ? (Preferred)
