Job Description

We are hiring a System Engineer – Cloud & Systems to support Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and on-premises infrastructure. The role offers hands-on exposure to cloud environments, servers, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Assist in user provisioning, mailbox migrations, and license management
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments
• Monitor system performance, alerts, and server health
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Assist in hosting, DNS, and domain management
• Perform system updates, patching, backups, and troubleshooting
• Support security practices (MFA, access control, compliance)
• Maintain documentation and assist in basic PowerShell automation

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
• Basic understanding of Exchange Server and Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Basic PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
