System & Network Engineer

Role Summary Support the management of ICT and security services across the organization and its subsidiaries, working under the direction of ICT Management and in coordination with the backend technical partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, WAF, firewall, and Active Directory infrastructure
• Conduct cybersecurity audits and respond to security breaches
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery systems
• Monitor network performance and prepare IT/security reports
• Support cloud integrations and infrastructure upgrades
• Liaise with IT vendors and backend technical partners

Qualifications

• Diploma + 8 years' experience OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years' experience (IT / Computer Science)
• Preferred: MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ certification
