Fusion Ave Private Limited (FAPL) is a well-established and diverse conglomerate, seeking an enthusiastic and skilled System Support & Network & Security Engineer to join our IT team.

We are looking for a credible, capable, and communicative professional who can ensure smooth operations, secure networks, and lead advanced troubleshooting across our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi solutions
• Provide remote system and network support (RDP, RDS, Azure AD, Hybrid Cloud)
• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and SIEM tools
• Monitor and analyze security logs for anomalies or threats
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and remediation
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
• Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to ensure performance and SLAs
• Lead and guide a team of engineers and administrators
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and resource planning for IT projects

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in network design, system support, and cybersecurity
• Hands-on knowledge of Routing Protocols, Encryption Techniques, and CDN Optimization
• Strong understanding of firewall management and VPN security
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud Environments & Azure AD integration
• Ability to conduct cybersecurity audits and patch vulnerabilities
