Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain digital graphics, presentations and visual content.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, servers, laptops and related equipment such as printers, scanners and networking devices.
• Assist with software installation, system updates, and IT infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing reports, dashboards, and technical illustrations.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, hardware inventory and software technical guides.
• Provide support in technical POCs, demos and client presentations.
• Ensure smooth operation of design software, tools and computer systems.
• Design visuals for digital and print (social media, presentations, brochures, proposals, stationery and corporate branding).
• Develop strong on-brand corporate creative concepts.
• Create engaging video graphics, animations and motion content.
• Design polished visuals for client presentations, demos and corporate use.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Ensure consistency across all branding and communication materials as per company policies and procedures.
• Enhance and refine images, infographics, videos and animations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Working knowledge of motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system setup.
• Knowledge of networking basics and system administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and branding concepts.
• Awareness of social media trends, reels, and animated content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; content writing skills are an advantage.
• 2–4 years of hands-on design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work.
• Familiarity with cloud tools and IT security practices.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
