Location: Azad Trade Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi

Work Mode: Onsite

Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented *Systems Operations Manager (ERP & Data)* to oversee and optimize our core operational systems, including *NetSuite ERP* and *Shopify platform integrations*. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our operational processes across purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business functions and system capabilities, ensuring that operational workflows are effectively translated into system-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP

- Manage workflows, saved searches, scripts, and system configurations

- Ensure proper user access, roles, and internal controls

- Oversee and maintain Shopify–NetSuite integrations

- Monitor system performance and promptly resolve integration issues

- Ensure accuracy in system mappings and automation processes

- Establish and maintain data standards for items, vendors, and transactions

- Ensure high levels of data integrity across all operational systems

- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where required

- Ensure accuracy in key operational metrics such as demand planning and reorder points

- Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams

- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

- 4–7 years of relevant experience working with *NetSuite ERP*

- Experience with *Shopify integrations or iPaaS platforms*

- Strong understanding of *inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes*

Preferred:

- Working knowledge of *SuiteScript*

- Experience in *e-commerce or distribution environments*

- Exposure to *data governance and system optimization practices*
