Manager IT (Oracle Based)

Job Description:
Security Investment Bank Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager IT to oversee and manage our Oracle-based ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, system integrity, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support Oracle-based ERP systems
• Ensure system availability, security, and performance optimization
• Handle system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support
• Coordinate with internal departments for ERP-related requirements
• Monitor data integrity and manage system access controls
• Lead IT-related projects and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal IT policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking / Financial Institution / NBFC sector
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle-based ERP systems
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and system security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
