Systems Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support, monitoring, and maintenance for enterprise systems and applications. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, support system performance, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and deployments
• Maintain operational documentation, standard procedures, and runbooks
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and application teams on projects and system improvements
• Manage user access, permissions, and system security controls
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management as required
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for enterprise systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5+ years of experience in systems support, IT operations, or enterprise system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Unix server environments
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) processes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of scripting/automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• ITIL or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with virtualization, monitoring, and backup technologies
