Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Systems & Virtualization Engineer to support and optimize enterprise infrastructure in a dynamic, large-scale environment. This role is responsible for ensuring computing layer stability, managing hybrid identity, and maintaining virtualization platforms aligned with UAE enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VMware, Microsoft ecosystems, and hybrid cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage VMware / Hypervisor environments, including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Provision and optimize virtual machines, ensuring efficient CPU, memory, and storage utilization
• Manage Active Directory services, including Group Policy governance and identity controls
• Maintain availability and performance of DNS, DHCP, and core directory services
• Handle Exchange / Microsoft 365 infrastructure administration (tenant/backend level)
• Implement and support hybrid identity solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect
• Ensure Windows Server patching, compliance, and security hardening in line with best practices
• Integrate infrastructure with monitoring tools and proactively resolve alerts/incidents
• Track and report on server performance, capacity planning, and utilization trends
• Execute change management activities following ITIL standards
• Maintain high availability, resilience, and security of enterprise systems

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or virtualization roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online (infrastructure-level)
• Entra ID (Azure AD) & Azure AD Connect
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of patch management, system hardening, and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, SolarWinds)
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as:
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Identity
• Experience working in UAE enterprise or managed services environments
• Exposure to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

Salary Range (Dubai Market Estimate)

• AED 10,000 – 18,000/month (depending on experience and certifications)
