Job Description:

  • understand their staffing needs, required skill set, experience and qualification.
  • Build and maintain effective sources through internal CV data bank, job portals, headhunting etc for sourcing talented candidates for open positions.
  • Ensure talent pools with a focus on equal employment opportunities.
  • Facilitate the hiring managers and functional heads in the selection process.
  • Ensure in consultation with hiring managers and functional heads that the finalized candidates meet our selection criteria's as per the HR requestion, job profile and role/job competencies alongside core value and cultural elements.
  • share the weekly update with HRTM regarding Talent acquisition
  • Change of status report & New Joiners’ effective onboarding and developing orientation plan
  • Headcount reporting on monthly basis or when needed (Including new joiners & Leavers Employee)
  • All reports will be done in collaboration with HRTM.
  • Recruitment Tracker for all vacant positions on Daily basis & keep update regarding open positions with concern functional head to arrangements of the interviews accordingly
  • Share Vacancy Updated report to HRTM on daily basis or when needed
  • Organization charts regarding open positions share weekly update with the HR Transformation Manager
  • Keeping track of all vacant position in Sales and other functions and arrange interviews with concern line manager & HRTM without delay to on board new candidate.
  • Resignation Acceptance Letters & Exit Interview data management
  • Manage the internship programs as per the pre-defined and approved policy and process.
  • Enhance and maintain an employer of the choice reputation and desired workplace with a keen focus on diversity and disability enabling in building a sustainable talent database for hiring.
  • Collaborate with HRTM in creating an enabling and engaging work environment.
  • Ensure that all Performance Management Development Program.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Timely updation and communication of all reports & analysis pertaining.
  • Maintain an updated database of JDs of all positions exsisting in the respective.

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Talent Acquisition : 7 years (FMCG- Preferred)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
