A recruitment associate supports the hiring process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. This role often involves administrative and organizational tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle, though some associates may handle more end-to-end responsibilities depending on experience. Key skills include strong communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels and reviewing their applications and resumes.
  • Candidate coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and answering their questions.
  • Administrative support: Maintaining candidate records, managing job postings, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Liaising with hiring managers: Working with the hiring team to understand their needs and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Data management: Maintaining candidate databases and generating recruitment reports.
