Takaful Team Manager

Ø Hiring and recruitment of own Sale Team.

Ø Floor and field training to the team.

Ø Retain existing and entertain new clients.

Ø Spend maximum time to achieve regular sales of new business in order to attain company's sales objective.

Ø Report to the manager about daily activity of the team.

Ø Prepare timely reports of sales forecasts and field activities regarding customer sales and products.

Ø Customer relationship building

Ø New customer acquisition

Ø Providing sales and marketing face-to-face

Ø Client branding/ campaign marketing

Ø Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward

Ø Increase product knowledge among sales associates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
