Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Purpose:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for all divisions of Al Shaali Moto, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process aligned with the company’s HR policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare candidate communications, and follow up on feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct reference checks and preliminary background verification.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in automotive or retail sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour laws and hiring practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
