Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment cycle by handling operational and administrative tasks that ensure smooth execution of hiring processes. The role supports both Tech and Non-Tech recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to grow within Floward’s fast-paced, multinational TA function.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

• Post job openings for Tech and Non-Tech roles across internal platforms, job boards, and social channels.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
• Support application tracking, candidate status updates, and recruitment reports.
• Assist in screening CVs against predefined criteria and escalating to recruiters.
  
  

Onboarding Support

• Coordinate document collection, background checks, and pre-onboarding requirements.
• Prepare onboarding packs and assist with induction logistics.
  
  

Administration & Systems

• Maintain accuracy of recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on hiring status for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data confidentiality.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience (internship or entry-level HR exposure is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
