Administrative Tasks
- Carry out administrative activities related to TA, such as data entry, reporting, copying, sending emails and answer phones according to Four Seasons standards.
- TA administration and Workday management.
- Responsible for the recruitment process and pre-selection of line personnel, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and process paperwork for new hires.
- Preparation of the new entry file with the employee's initial documentation and selection documents.
- The ability to ensure all newly hired employees are processed correctly (orientation, payroll, reference checks, offer letters, etc.)
- The ability to maintain the vacancy posting system.
- Support in the preparation of the necessary TA reports and meeting presentations.
- Assist with preparation and logistics of recruitment fairs and campus events.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Greet applicants and employees and handle all concerns in a friendly manner.
- The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining office confidentiality.
- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
Employer Branding & Social Media
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ideate, script, and produce high-impact digital content (text, photography, and video) for recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
- Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our employer branding strategy.
- Ensure consistent visibility of the Talent Acquisition function by maintaining a strong presence across internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters) and external channels (LinkedIn).
- Actively engage with our talent community and wider audience responding to messages, etc.
