Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive specialised in the Food & Beverage industry to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the F&B sector
and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.

Utilize diverse sourcing channels—job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and industry events—to attract qualified talent.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to the offer stage, ensuring professionalism and a positive impression at every step.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to refine sourcing strategies.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, external recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.

Support broader HR initiatives as needed, including onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred but not required.

2-4 years in hiring blue-collar workers for cloud kitchens.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.

Strong understanding of F&B industry roles, talent landscape, and market trends.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools or software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
