Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive specialised in the Food & Beverage industry to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the F&B sector
and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels—job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and industry events—to attract qualified talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to the offer stage, ensuring professionalism and a positive impression at every step.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, external recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support broader HR initiatives as needed, including onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years in hiring blue-collar workers for cloud kitchens.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B industry roles, talent landscape, and market trends.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools or software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
