Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company career page).
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for [industry-specific] roles (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales).
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
