About the Company:
DeskFrnd is working with Wynex Global, UK to deliver high-quality recruitment services across international markets. We are building a strong team in Lahore focused on talent acquisition for UK clients, and we’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support UK recruitment managers in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases and internal tools.
• Conduct first-level screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, tracking and spreadsheets.
• Use recruitment software and platforms (Recruit So Simple, CV Library, Arez, Aircall, LinkedIn).
• Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and general recruitment operations.
• Guide junior team members when required and report recruitment metrics to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment support, HR, administration, or customer service (prior UK market exposure is a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently with administrative coordination tasks.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
