Roles and Responsibilities

1. End-to-end recruitment

2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

3. Designing and updating job descriptions

4. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

5. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

6. HR documentation.

7. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.

8. Hands on experience in Non - IT recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
