Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

We are a recruitment and staffing company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across different industries. The ideal candidate must be able to understand diverse client requirements, source relevant talent accordingly, and close positions within defined timelines. This role requires strong exposure to client handling and multi-industry recruitment.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
• Understand and analyze client job requirements and hiring expectations.
• Work on hiring for multiple industries (IT, Sales, Accounts, Operations, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates as per client needs.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and manage feedback.
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Key Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in client-based end-to-end recruitment
• Ability to understand and work on diverse industry roles
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sourcing, screening, and headhunting abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment agency / consultancy environment

Note:
This role is strictly for candidates with recruitment agency or client-based hiring experience. Applicants with primarily HR Operations backgrounds will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
