We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years (Sales & Customer Support hiring)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive preferably female to manage end-to-end hiring across all departments, with a strong focus on Sales and Customer Support roles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, skilled in sourcing talent, and able to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including Sales & Customer Support.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring Sales and Customer Support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
