Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
  • Handle bulk hiring for:
  • International Voice Process
  • Non-voice/chat/email support roles
  • Operations & Support functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, walk-ins, and vendor channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
  • Drive walk-in campaigns and hiring drives to meet volume targets.

Screening & Candidate Assessment
  • Conduct HR screening and telephonic interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates on communication skills, customer handling ability, and role fitment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations teams.

Offer & Onboarding Management
  • Handle salary discussions within defined salary bands.
  • Release offers and ensure strong follow-ups to improve offer to joining ratio.
  • Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with hiring managers and operations teams for quick feedback.
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure quality candidate submissions.

Recruitment Reporting
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates.
  • Share daily/weekly hiring status and funnel reports.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, and joining percentage.

Required Skills
  • 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment from a BPO/ITES hiring.
  • Experience handling bulk or volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in international voice hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred.

Key Success Metrics
  • Monthly hiring target achievement.
  • Offer-to-join conversion ratio.
  • Hiring turnaround time (TAT).
  • Candidate quality and early attrition control.
