Job description
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and conducting background checks.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate information effectively.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
