Talent Acquisition Executive

Job description

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and conducting background checks.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate information effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
