Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist with a strong background in F&B recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for restaurant and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring for both frontline and corporate F&B roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handle bulk hiring for restaurant, café, and hospitality staff
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate database
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in F&B or Hospitality industry (mandatory)
• Experience hiring for roles such as waiters, baristas, chefs, kitchen staff, supervisors, and restaurant managers
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
