About the Role

DeskFrnd is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our UK-based recruitment client. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various UK-based projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone confident, organised, and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist UK recruitment manager with candidate searches via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
  • Conduct first-level screening calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and spreadsheets.
  • Use recruitment tools such as Recruit So Simple, CV Library, Arez, Aircall, LinkedIn.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates.
  • Support the team with reports, compliance documentation, and admin work.
  • Supervise day-to-day progress of assigned roles and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 1–2 years experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software or CRMs is a plus.
  • Confident personality with initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
