Location - Downtown, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, sales, leasing, and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and arrange technical interviews.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ATS records.
  • Support employer branding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
