Erode, India
Source and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and local networks.
Coordinate with site managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Liaise with contractors and manpower agencies for bulk hiring of skilled and unskilled workers.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Manage payroll support, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Support implementation of HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs.
Assist in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety guidelines, and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of HR and/or recruitment experience (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR operations.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, BOCW, etc.) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Competitive salary in the range of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
