Talent acquisition/ HR Executive

Erode, India

  • Source and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and local networks.

  • Coordinate with site managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Liaise with contractors and manpower agencies for bulk hiring of skilled and unskilled workers.

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

  • Manage payroll support, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

  • Support implementation of HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs.

  • Assist in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety guidelines, and company policies.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of HR and/or recruitment experience (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries).

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR operations.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, BOCW, etc.) is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel to project sites when required.
