Role Overview

Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles. Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while advancing our mission to transform education worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
  • Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
  • Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires.
  • Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related (0-1 year exp).
  • Excellent communication, organization; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Passion for edtech/startups; LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity a plus.
  • Bengaluru-based; 2 - 3 month full-time internship availability.
