What we want:
Vertoz is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent
acquisition practices.

What you will do:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms, and screen resumes based on role requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Employer Branding Support: Assist in posting jobs on social media and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: Interact with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and joining formalities.
  • Market Research: Support in mapping talent pools and understanding hiring trends.


Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Keen interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • People-oriented: Friendly, approachable, and good at relationship building.
  • Basic Knowledge of Recruitment: Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, spreadsheets, and willing to learn ATS/recruitment tools.
