Talent Acquisition Lead – IT & Software Development

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong background in IT and software development hiring to build and lead our recruitment function. This role is critical in scaling technical teams for international clients across multiple technologies and delivery models.

The ideal candidate understands tech roles, developer skill sets, and fast-paced hiring for staff augmentation environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and software development roles including:
  • Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
  • QA / Automation Engineers
  • DevOps, Cloud, Data & AI roles
  • Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads
  • Manage high-volume hiring for staff augmentation and dedicated team models
  • Conduct technical screening and coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales, account management, and delivery teams to understand client requirements
  • Act as the primary recruitment contact for international clients (US, UK, GCC)
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of positions with quality talent

Team Leadership & Process

  • Build, train, and manage a recruitment team (technical recruiters & coordinators)
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future requirements

Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
  • Strengthen employer branding for IT professionals through content, engagement, and outreach
  • Maintain a strong database of pre-vetted IT talent

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and client contractual requirements
  • Track recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and attrition

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT / Software Development recruitment
  • Prior experience in staff augmentation, software houses, IT services, or BPO firms
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies and hiring trends
  • Proven experience hiring for international clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for US, UK, or GCC markets
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to scale teams quickly in a high-growth environment
