Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Identify Staffing Needs: Work closely with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Job Postings: Write and post clear, concise, and attractive job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to find qualified candidates.
  • Screen Applicants: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Manage Offers: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle employment contracts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 5yrs: 1 year (Required)
