Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment strategy for senior-level positions within our food manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the food industry, including supply chain, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, create detailed job profiles, and forecast talent requirements in line with business growth and Saudization goals.

Source and attract passive candidates through targeted headhunting, networking events, LinkedIn, and specialized recruitment platforms focused on the Middle East and food industry.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior hires: screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and overseeing onboarding while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations (e.g., GOSI, visa processes for expatriates).

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and localization to meet Nitaqat requirements and support Saudi nationals in senior positions.

Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights to optimize processes, using tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics.

Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Saudi Human Resources Development Fund) to enhance employer branding in the food manufacturing sector.

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks in KSA, and best practices for hiring in regulated environments like food safety (HACCP, ISO standards).

Ensure all hiring practices promote a safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive workplace, adhering to Saudi Arabian Labor Law and anti-discrimination policies.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in the food manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

Proven expertise in recruiting for senior-level roles (e.g., executives, directors) in Saudi Arabia, including familiarity with Saudization policies, expatriate hiring, and local talent development.

Experience working in a manufacturing setting, understanding roles related to production, R&D, quality control, and supply chain management.

Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.

Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for recruitment events or site visits.
