Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and culture.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing & Branding: Build a strong employer brand and leverage innovative sourcing channels to attract top software and IT talent.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Design and refine recruitment workflows, interview frameworks, and candidate assessment tools.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve efficiency.
- Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and tech communities.
- Compliance & Diversity: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal requirements and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with HR to ensure seamless candidate experience from offer to onboarding.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles (developers, QA engineers, DevOps, product managers, etc.) in a software or IT company.
- Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use hiring data to drive decisions.
- Experience in building and managing recruitment teams in high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS or product-based software companies.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
