The TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent. This role demands a proactive leader who understands workforce planning, employer branding, and the latest recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sourcing and recruitment performance.
  • Manage recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Enhance employer branding through digital channels and recruitment marketing.
  • Implement and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for improved efficiency.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across hiring processes.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in HR software like Zoho Recruit, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, or BambooHR.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics, data dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
