Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment function. This role will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment operations, leading a team of recruiters, and aligning workforce planning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in recruitment strategy and workforce planning, and the ability to drive employer branding while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for junior, mid-level, and leadership roles
  • Align hiring plans with business growth objectives
  • Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team
  • Set hiring targets and performance expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruitment culture

Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition to onboarding)
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, quality-of-hire)
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Ensure efficient and scalable hiring practices

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Build talent pipelines through referrals, networking, and social media sourcing
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience

Tools, Systems & Vendor Management

  • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Handle external recruitment agencies and vendor partnerships
  • Evaluate and recommend new recruitment technologies

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership/managerial experience
  • Experience in recruitment strategy and workforce planning
