Talent Acquisition Manager - Furniture & Manufacturing

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in the furniture industry and at least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles, while also contributing to core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role demands cultural sensitivity, as you will be working with candidates and employees of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the organization, with a focus on positions in furniture design, production, sales, and support functions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process aligned with company values.
  • Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage on boarding processes.

HR Generalist Functions

  • Support HR operations including employee relations, attendance and leave management, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Maintain HR records and update employee databases.

Stakeholder & Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment and HR activity reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and a proven background in the furniture or interior fit-out industry.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work with and manage employees from all nationalities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/ATS systems, and recruitment platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
