Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
  • Saturday: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM

About the Role

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer for one of its clients to support end-to-end recruitment operations and workforce hiring needs. This role plays a critical part in building strong teams through efficient sourcing, structured hiring processes, and a consistently positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning support, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines.
  • Create, update, and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Rozee, Mustakbil, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate technical or panel interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, CV databases, dashboards, and monthly hiring reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Build and manage a structured CV pool for current and future manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry within recruitment systems and tracking sheets.
  • Utilize FlowHCM or similar HR/recruitment software to streamline recruitment workflows and reporting.
  • Prepare recruitment KPIs, hiring analytics, and progress reports for management review.
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
  • Support employer branding activities, recruitment drives, career fairs, and internship programs as required.

Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or structured corporate environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to FlowHCM or similar HRMS/recruitment systems (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
