About the Role
Scaleup Connect is hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer for one of its clients to support end-to-end recruitment operations and workforce hiring needs. This role plays a critical part in building strong teams through efficient sourcing, structured hiring processes, and a consistently positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning support, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines.
- Create, update, and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Rozee, Mustakbil, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate technical or panel interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, CV databases, dashboards, and monthly hiring reports to support informed decision-making.
- Build and manage a structured CV pool for current and future manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry within recruitment systems and tracking sheets.
- Utilize FlowHCM or similar HR/recruitment software to streamline recruitment workflows and reporting.
- Prepare recruitment KPIs, hiring analytics, and progress reports for management review.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
- Support employer branding activities, recruitment drives, career fairs, and internship programs as required.
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or structured corporate environments.
- Hands-on exposure to FlowHCM or similar HRMS/recruitment systems (preferred).
- Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
