  What You’ll Do
  
- 
   Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers
  
- 
   Collaboration with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirements
  
- 
   Building the talent pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, by qualifying candidates through phone screens and implementing successful sourcing strategies
  
- 
   Sourcing: Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches and events
  
- 
   Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  
- 
   Data analysis: Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
   
 
 
What You Bring
- 
   Have a bachelor’s degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higher
  
- 
   Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on Product roles full-cycle recruitment in an in-house setup
  
- 
   Proven expertise in building technical and product teams.
  
- 
   Have strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
  
- 
   Have experience working with targets and KPIs and love results
  
- 
   Take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  
- 
   Have high energy and a positive attitude
  
- 
   Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
