Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
